Mature community or newer community?

It's a question many buyers face, and there isn't a universal right answer.

Older Calgary neighbourhoods often offer larger lots, mature trees, established streetscapes and architectural variety.

Newer communities may offer modern planning, newer infrastructure, pathway connectivity and contemporary home designs.

I think this might be our third version of spring in Calgary.

With the temperature swings and the ground continuing to shift, this is usually when water starts to move a lot more around homes. It’s also when small issues tend to show up.
