From being a paralegal to joining Real Estate it was a completely different experience. The first 2 months were extremely stressful and there were days where I wished I didn’t join the industry because it’s a highly stressful career, you’re dealing with many different people and a Home is their biggest purchase in life and some use their life savings to have one so the thought of being a part of it is very hard because I have the OCD of making sure everything is on point and accurate.
From meeting home owners who are selling and making an emotional decision to meeting buyers who are excited to purchase a home, to meeting mortgage brokers and lawyers and so much more.
But at the end of the day when you feel the calm after the storm it’s totally worth it and getting reviews like this pushes me more towards my Goals.

SOLD this Beautiful Home in the heart of Saddletown NE to one my out of province Investors who made his way to Calgary on a weekend with the intention to purchase multiple homes but unfortunately this home was the only one out of 6 that mostly stood out to him.
This was listed for $600,000 but ya girl got it for $590,000🥳

In a market where over biddings has been the trend lately we can also get it under asking. It was an amazing experience with the clients and the sellers agent.

Sold this beautiful home to one of my out of province clients. Everything was done virtually, from meeting the clients to coordinating FaceTime calls, arrange showings and getting all necessary documents to satisfy their requirements before putting an offer.

Now as everyone knows the market has been crazy and we did put an offer on 2 other homes which we didn’t get due to the bidding wars and my clients had a budget in mind. It was extremely discouraging but I tried to keep my clients stay optimistic and positive and we were back on square one many times but finally they came across their dream home, we reviewed documents and scheduled a showing. Put an offer right away and it was accepted the next day🥳

Clients were extremely happy when they found out they won the offer this time and Offcourse I was excited as well.

I appreciate all my clients who put their trust and faith in me to find them their dream home and take care of everything from my end to make sure they’re happy and satisfied.

Many people likes the idea of skipping Realtors®️ because in their mind we get paid too much and we don’t perform as much well let me ask you a question.

The private owner your purchasing a home from do you know if he has a lien on the property? Do you know if he owes interest on it? Do you know if he is the actual owner on title? Do you know who else is on title and may not even know the property is selling? Do you know what other caveats are on title? Do you know how much the house is actually worth or how much it was assessed In taxes by the city?
I BET YOU DONT

NOW let’s say your purchase from a Builder.

Do you know if the builder has done their due diligence in terms of supplies used? Has the electrician done their job? Do you have a warranty on the property? What happens something fails in the house when you move in? Who do you call or contact? What happens when builders ignore once property is sold?

IM SURE YOU DONT.

There’s a lot that goes on in a transaction your making the biggest investment of your life and as a BUYER you don’t lose anything so unless you like the idea of getting the run around, make trips to the court house, get frusturated and hate ur decision then that’s where I COME☺️👩🏻‍💻

Now I’m not saying you need any Realtor in your life you just neee ME☺️
