Huge CONGRATULATIONS to our Seller who worked their ass off getting their home perfectly ready to go to the market - and it paid off BIG!
Sold $30,000 above list price! This gem was such a pleasure to showcase and the buyers agreed! We hosted an open house on the launch weekend and had at least 50 (FIFTY!!!) people through within 2 hours. I even had the pleasure of touring the new buyer through every room and every detail of this home from the updates & unique features, right down to the yard perennials and more!!
