When you’re at the listing photos appointment…

📸 Photographer: “Let’s get some great shots of the home.”

Me: 👀🌿🏡

Wait… is that the view?
And look at that landscaping!
Ohhh, and THAT courtyard… 😍

Apparently, I came to work, but the view and landscaping had other plans. 😂

Some homes just make it really hard to stay focused on the job.

We are starting Between the Closing—a casual gathering for Realtors from all brokerages to connect, share what’s going on, and enjoy a conversation with people who understand the job.

No agenda. No sales pitches. Just a welcoming place to get together.

An orange shirt can seem like a small thing—until you hear why it matters.

When Phyllis Webstad arrived at residential school as a child, the new orange shirt her grandmother had given her was taken away. Her story reminds us why September 30 calls for more than wearing a colour.

Today we remember the children who never returned home. We honour those who lived through residential schools and the families and communities still affected. And we make time to listen and learn.

Every Child Matters.

You can read Phyllis’s story through the Orange Shirt Society: orangeshirtday.org/about/phyllis-story/

What a fun day at Waterford Community Day! ☀️🏡

We had such a great time getting out into the community, meeting fellow community members, catching up with familiar faces, and making a few new connections along the way.

Community events are one of our favourite parts of being a local real estate team. It’s not always about real estate. Sometimes it’s just about getting out, having a laugh, and getting to know the people who make these communities so great. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and said hello. We had a blast!

Until the next community adventure… 👋😊
