Aspire has received Occupancy!
There is no better feeling than seeing years of hard work come together. We are proud to celebrate the official occupancy of Aspire, a 234-unit purpose-built rental community in View Royal, BC.
This achievement is the result of years of planning, collaboration, and dedication. Every challenge overcome, every milestone achieved, and every detail completed has led to this moment. Projects like this truly take a village, and Aspire is a reflection of what can be accomplished when talented people come together with a shared vision.
We are incredibly proud to have provided third-party construction management for Boardwalk throughout the development of this exceptional community.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Group, along with the consultants, architects, engineers, trades, subcontractors, suppliers, municipal partners, the ownership group, and every individual working behind the scenes. Your expertise, collaboration, resilience, and commitment made this achievement possible.
A special shout-out to Crystal Chanthaphasouk, Natalia Sergeeva, Matthew McKay, Jerry Kurbatoff, Adam Clary, Lee Adam Critchley, Joel Archer, John Challen and Justus Holmes. Your leadership, dedication, and countless hours of hard work were instrumental in bringing Aspire across the finish line.
