I helped my seller purchase this condo a few years ago and am so blessed to get to help him sell it as a new chapter begins in his life!
The condo market has cooled off but this one showed so well I’m not surprised it didn’t last 🤗

I always tell clients that things always seem to work out as they should and although they may not believe me in the moment it will all make sense later… this is exactly the case for this buyer!

Real Estate is stressful, but selling and buying at the same time is extremely stressful. We had an offer on this home but unfortunately did not have their home sold in time so reluctantly had to walk away.

TWO MONTHS later we finally get the offer on their current home and quickly jump back in to pick up where we left off and we find out they accepted another offer BUT it just fell through the day before 🤯

If that doesn’t make you believe this house was meant for my buyers, I don’t know what will!

It was an emotional rollercoaster but my clients hung in there, trusted the process and are now packing up to move into their new home this month 🤗

Moments like this make me love my job so much❤️❤️
