What a Maintenance Technician does at Rimrock Property Management:

- Completes work orders: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, locks and appliances
- Carries out preventive maintenance and seasonal checks
- Prepares vacant suites for the next resident
- Inspects buildings and grounds
- Meets and oversees contractors on site

Positions are open in Lethbridge and Edmonton. Building maintenance experience and a valid driver's licence are required.

- Trust account and bank reconciliation experience
