Construction Update 📢

Progress continues onsite even though we have officially sold out at REACH Martindale!

Rough ins have been progressing well in Building 12 and electrical work is almost complete. Insulation and exterior finishes have also started. Next up will be drywall! Framing and the installation of roof trusses continues in Building 11. After this, rough ins can begin. Once the shell is finished, siding and roofing can be installed. At the same time, electrical and plumbing are installed through the interior walls, ceilings, and floors. Line painting has also been completed throughout Phase 2.

We are officially down to our LAST available unit at REACH Martindale! 😲

Building 11 framing has been progressing well with the framers working on the 2nd floor walls. Once framing is done, the rough-in stage can start. At this stage, electrical and plumbing are installed through the interior walls, ceilings and floors. Framing also continues in Building 12 and window installation are almost complete!
