Construction Update 📢

Progress continues onsite even though we have officially sold out at REACH Martindale!

Rough ins have been progressing well in Building 12 and electrical work is almost complete. Insulation and exterior finishes have also started. Next up will be drywall! Framing and the installation of roof trusses continues in Building 11. After this, rough ins can begin. Once the shell is finished, siding and roofing can be installed. At the same time, electrical and plumbing are installed through the interior walls, ceilings, and floors. Line painting has also been completed throughout Phase 2.

Construction Update! 📢

We are officially down to our LAST available unit at REACH Martindale! 😲

Building 11 framing has been progressing well with the framers working on the 2nd floor walls. Once framing is done, the rough-in stage can start. At this stage, electrical and plumbing are installed through the interior walls, ceilings and floors. Framing also continues in Building 12 and window installation are almost complete! Rough-ins have also started! Next up will be insulation and exterior finishes!

It’s been awhile since we brought you behind the scenes at AHC! So, today will be your lucky day friends! We are excited to introduce you to our new Customer Relations Specialist, Gabriel Wolski! He’s not just a pretty face, this guy also has the voice of an angel and records music when he is not grinding it out with us! Check out how he got started! 👇

1️⃣ Tell us about your experience in the industry and how you got started.
Well, I’m fairly new to the industry but have actually been around it for most of my life. My mother worked as an Area Sales Manager, and thanks to her I got my first taste of real estate as a secret shopper!

2️⃣ What brought you to AHC?
I’ve always been interested in real estate but life took me down another path and I ended up working as a sale representative for a debt consolidation company. I soon realized that this was not for me, as much as I loved helping people, this role was not something I could sustain mentally for years to come. So, when the opportunity to join AHC came along I could not pass it up! Now I get to help people start their journey into homeownership and it is so rewarding to be a part of that!

3️⃣ What is your vision for AHC in the next few years?
I can see AHC growing significantly especially with the launch of our new VIP Program. This program allows us to work with our partners within the City of Calgary new build and re-sale market to provide potential homebuyers with a home that fits their lifestyle and budget.

4️⃣ What are your hidden talents?
I can start a fire (without using a lighter)! I also studied Audio Engineering and spend my free time creating beats and writing songs!

5️⃣ What is your favorite 90’s jam?
Well, this one is a tough one since I was born in 99’ 😆 but if I had to choose then I would have to go with Wonderwall by Oasis.

Landscaping has started throughout, and the second waste and recycling building is now ready for use! Framing continues in Building 11 with electrical groundwork almost complete. Building 12 is also moving along quickly with framing and installation of the roof trusses have started. Next up will be the rough ins (plumbing and electrical HVAC). Once the shell is finished, siding and roofing can be installed. At the same time, electrical and plumbing are installed through the interior walls, ceilings and floors.
