Well… I think that’s enough of my text messages for now. 😂

I honestly didn’t expect this little series to make so many people laugh, but judging by your comments and messages, these conversations were a little too relatable.

The best part of this job is helping great tenants find great homes and helping landlords protect their investments. Every now and then, though, a conversation comes along that reminds me why no two days in property management are ever the same.

Thanks for following along for Parts 1–4 and sharing a few laughs with me. Who knows… if my inbox keeps doing its thing, there may just be another season. 😉

For the past few months, I’ve been quietly rebuilding.

Not just my business—but all of the resources that go with it.

As I transitioned from real estate sales into property management, I realized my monthly market reports needed to evolve too. The numbers haven’t changed... but the conversation has.

To be fair, I know moving can be stressful, and questions are always welcome. It’s just amazing what can happen when you mix urgency, excitement, and a rental search. 😂

But none of those things can tell you how a home feels.

Before you spend time completing an application—or I spend time reviewing it—come see the property first.

Walk through the space.
Check out the neighbourhood.
Picture your furniture.
Make sure it’s somewhere you can actually see yourself living.

It saves you time, saves me time, and helps make sure you’re applying for a home you’re genuinely excited about.
