It’s one of those details you don’t think much about until you use it every day.

Gorgeous millwork finished in Sherwin Williams Homburg Gray creates a seamless connection between the garage and the kitchen through a mudroom breezeway. No more making a dash through the cold to get from the garage to the house in the middle of winter!

Our favourite feature? Individual sections for each family member. Then take a look at the bench below. We intentionally recessed the lower shelf to create two levels of storage: sneakers have their place on the upper shelf, while taller winter boots can slide underneath the bench without sticking out into the walkway. See what we did there?!

It’s a simple detail, but one that helps keep jackets, shoes, and boots organized for a busy family of six.

Who needs the park when you have monkey bars at home?

This built-in jungle gym has everything these kids need: monkey bars, a rock climbing wall, and even their own light switch. HA!

We surveyed 100 kids, and they all agreed having your own light switch is a pretty big deal. They may have been slightly influenced by Heather... who was equally excited about it. 😉

Goodbye rectangle windows... hello triangles.

By following the roofline instead of stopping at the walls, these windows completely transform the space. The vaulted ceiling feels taller, the home feels brighter, and the connection to the outdoors becomes part of the experience.

There is something so incredibly timeless about a home that doesn’t need to fight for your attention.

Stella’s kitchen, living, and dining spaces feel regal in the quietest way. Crisp details, warm natural textures, beautiful proportions, and just the right amount of contrast. Every decision was intentional, creating a space that feels elevated without ever feeling overdone.

This is one of those homes that will look just as beautiful 30 years from now as it does today... and we think that’s something pretty special.
