A big congratulations to **Keri and Greg** on purchasing their first home together in Dover!

They’ve each owned homes before, but this purchase was different. This was about finding **their home**. A place where they can put down roots, become part of the community, and hopefully stay forever.

For me, this one also feels a little full circle.

I first met Keri through her parents, who were tenants in a rental property I owned. Years later, I had the opportunity to help Keri sell her own home. Now, I’ve had the privilege of helping Keri and Greg take this next step together.

Buying your first home together comes with plenty of decisions. Sometimes the biggest part of my job is simply slowing things down, explaining the process, and helping my clients work through the emotions and see the bigger picture.

Congrats to Mac on closing on his first home in Huntington Hills! 🎉

This one comes with a legal suite already built in, so Mac's starting his real estate journey the smart way, living in it now while it works for him financially too. First of many, for sure.

Sold — and this one was a meaningful one. 🏡

52 Sandarac Circle NW just sold, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the people behind this sale rather than just celebrate the result.

These clients are friends of mine. They came to me to help sell their sister's home as part of an estate sale — and anyone who's been through that process knows it's not straightforward.
