Polls between BUYERS vs SELLERS

Quick little Calgary real estate reality check 👀🏡 The answers were… interesting. And honestly, this may explain a lot of what we’re seeing right now: Sellers are ready to sell. Buyers are still thinking about it.

When more homeowners are willing to list, but fewer buyers are ready to actually pull the trigger, the market naturally slows down.

So maybe the question isn’t “Why aren’t homes selling?”
It’s “Where are all the buyers hiding?” 👀

Vậy nên câu hỏi có lẽ không phải là:
