Another unconditional sale in the books! 💪 Sold AS IS, WHERE IS!

3 days of back-and-forth negotiations, but we stayed patient and got rewarded! 💰🤝

But we held our ground, kept negotiating, and got it done! 💪🔥

To be honest, I was a little nervous they might walk away because I knew this was probably the best offer my seller was going to get, especially unconditional and AS IS, WHERE IS. 😅

We even got the buyer to accept the RPR as is if we can find it… and if not, they have to accept title insurance ! 🤭🤭

Congrats to my clients on the purchase of their new home! And we got a damn good price…

$53,000 BELOW LIST! 🔥💰

This time last year, a home like this could have easily sold for $80K more. But markets change, and when you can sense that a seller is motivated, that’s when having the right Realtor negotiating for you can make a big difference. 😉

My clients really wanted this home because they wanted to be close to family. But during negotiations, I ignored how badly they wanted it and treated it like any other deal. 😂

We fought right down to the last 10 minutes before conditions were due, negotiated another $15K after the inspection, AND got the sellers and their agent to agree to fix every inspection item we requested. 🤭🤭

Sometimes the deal isn’t made when the offer gets accepted. It’s made through negotiation all the way to the finish line. 💪🔥
