Well… that’s a wrap on 2021 for Real Estate! 🎉

Thankful for all of my clients for keeping me SO busy in this crazy pandemic year and to all my collegies across the map, to family and to friends for all the referrals this year… I’m sooooo very GRATEFUL for you all!

To my amazing assistant .matchmaker for keeping me sane and always there to assist and keep things on track 🙃

A HUGE congrats to my lovely clients who in a very short time of meeting have not only become my friends… but my new neighbours 🙌

We were on a mission- to find them “perfect” 100 year old character home… and trust me it wasn’t an easy task but we were persistent and I wasnt going to let them down… and here we are with THE home and all was meant to be! I couldn’t be happier for you two!

The purpose and the positive outcomes of social media in real estate truly work- reached out to my local network asking for Inglewood homes only… we were first to view the home pre list… wrote the offer and secured the sale before this amazing home even made it to the market … win win and big thanks to team for making this all work out for my excited clients!

These newly engaged soulmates are going to start an amazing new chapter in this stunning home with their pup in their dream location and community - and I cannot wait for the possession day and to celebrate with you in this home in the new year (and yes… a pinball machine does belong in the kitchen… right?!😂) !

BIG Cheers also to my buddy for the referral of his amazing friends- such a positive experience this has all turned out to be !

Couldn’t be MORE excited for these lovebirds on their new cape cod style bungalow to start a new chapter of their lives with their adorable pooches 🐶!

I can’t say enough amazing things about you two and from the second we met at an open house a few years ago to now…. It’s been the most positive journey and the best of friendships formed. I am beyond grateful to be apart of this day and thank you for laughing with me (and at me🙃), baking me ALL the bread, trusting the process, putting your faith in me and always pure honesty and respect from day one.
Real estate should be an exciting, positive experience when you’re buying your new dream home… and we made this happen and with perseverance and determination for THE HOME … it all was meant to be in the end:)

I was beyond grateful to represent this sale of their immaculate, beautiful, zen home that they have loved for over 15 years… and we received an offer OVER ASK after only a few days on the market and firmed this sale up in 9 days for them!

Seriously- you two are the epitome of true love and positive vibes… and I am so happy we met that day in Haysboro and we continued our path to this day!

We have had all the tea, all the laughs, all the bread… all the chats and more wins than most in such a short time- now for all the champagne 🤩🙌🥳

I’m beyond thrilled for my buyer on this exciting top floor purchase in one of Airdries “sexiest”, stunning, new condo complexes!

We worked hard for this deal to happen… but in the end… thanks to my client, the builder and his rockstar realtor from Team Blue (who is expecting a baby as we speak- so another congrats in order!) … we made this clients new home purchase become a reality 🙌

Sometimes it takes a lot of patience and persistence to make deals happen, and with all of that plus a very positive buyer who put all his trust in me… we had a great win in the end for all involved!

The Airdrie condo market has become a hot one lately for investors and first time buyers alike and I’m very pleased to see a lot of movement recently in it for myself and all my clients in the area.

Congrats to all involved and look forward to the possession day in a few wks from now!
