She moved to Alberta in 2000 for college, and called Calgary her home for the next 5 years. She has spent the last 16 years in Strathmore, where she raises her two kids with her husband. She is the daughter of a second generation beekeeper, and loves to take her kids back to Saskatchewan to show them all there is to know about living out in the country and how bees make honey! th honors from the Interior Design program at Lethbridge College. She spent the next 7 years working in the Kitchen design industry first as a draftsman but soon moved into the role of Sales and Design Associate working with the clients of many large home building companies. She loves all things about homes. Whether designing your home from the ground up, buying a fixer upper, or suggesting how to put a little touch of your own personality into an already existing home, Heather has years of experience behind her to help guide you. Being a 3rd generation breast cancer survivor, Heather knows how precious life is. Her two children and her husband are her world, and she loves being their chauffeur to the many sports and activities that they are involved in. She had put her goal of becoming a real estate agent on the back burner until her kids where older and the timing was right. That time has come, and she couldn't be more excited to share her passion, knowledge and sales experience with her clients to help them with their next chapter, whether it be buying or selling.

The Calgary market continues to find its balance.

Inventory has grown, buyers have more choice, and the pace of sales has slowed compared to last year. But that doesn’t mean the market has stopped moving.

Detached homes continue to face a relatively tight supply, while apartments and row homes are experiencing more competition, giving buyers greater negotiating power.

What we’re seeing isn’t a market downturn. It’s a market that is becoming more balanced.
For buyers, that means more options and less pressure to rush decisions.

For sellers, it means thoughtful pricing and strong presentation matter more than ever.

And for investors, it creates opportunities to be strategic rather than reactive.
