Purchasing an acreage is a different experience altogether.

Even for an experienced buyer the process looks and feels different from a traditional residential purchase, the due diligence is deeper, the questions are different and understanding what comes with being an acreage owner is something that takes time to fully appreciate. Having the right professionals around you through that process makes all the difference in walking away feeling confident in what you’ve taken on.

These two stayed true to their position from the very beginning and when the right opportunity came together a couple of months later they were ready to move and the waiver followed shortly after. That kind of patience and clarity on what they wanted is what got them there.
