Proudly serving independent seniors with a low-to-moderate income. Our focus is providing a secure and comfortable living environment.

We manage nine government-owned, rent-subsidized apartment buildings and townhomes in Calgary. Calgary Heritage Housing (CHH) has been a steward of local Alberta seniors housing assets for nearly four decades. Our focus is on the seniors self-contained, independent living demographic. Up until 2016 we operated under the name Calgary West Seniors Housing Society. Through two successful consolidatio

ns over the past five years, we’ve expanded our reach from four properties to nine. We take great pride in growing our community and seeing it thrive. Our locations include:

What a wonderful summer it's been so far!

Throughout July and early August, our Life Enrichment team fired up the grill and hosted summer BBQs for our seniors, bringing tenants together to enjoy great-tasting food, laughter, and a sense of community at their buildings.

Our staff had so much fun hosting these BBQ events. We think the smiles say it all. ❤️

Absolutely thrilled to have been recognized with the Community Service Award at CRRA's 2026 Awards Gala last night! The photo isn't the best, but the evening was wonderful.

Thank you to Residential Rental Association, and a huge shout out to Second Harvest, a local charitable organization that helps us help our tenants with food security. Such meaningful work that has a measurable impact.
