6 years strong, and still counting! 🫶🥹

Six years of marriage has been amazing. We’ve glad some rocky moments, some hard times, but have never once left each others sides. I can’t imagine how things would have ended if I didn’t have you by side during this roller coaster of a life.

I’m so proud of everything we’ve accomplished together, and I can’t wait to see how much more we’ll do together.

Handing over the keys: professional.

Shaking them around like a tiny metallic trophy because we finally made it through conditions, paperwork, inspections, financing, and approximately 900 emails: also professional 🤷🏼‍♀️

Getting the keys is the fun part 💃

Condo documents aren’t just boring paperwork 🤯

They’re where expensive surprises tend to hide 🫣

Meeting minutes can reveal recurring problems. Financial statements and reserve-fund documents show whether the corporation is prepared for future repairs. Insurance documents matter. Patterns of complaints, maintenance issues, or unexpected costs matter too.

One odd comment doesn’t automatically make a condo a bad purchase. But repeated issues deserve a closer look.

The goal isn’t to make you memorize hundreds of pages. It’s to help you understand the risks before they become your risks 😰
