Huge congratulations to my long time clients on finding the perfect family home to start their next chapter! 🫶🏼
Ridge view homes in the NW don’t come up often and are highly sought after, so we found ourselves up against some competition on this one. By creating an emotional connection with the sellers who are the original owners and loved that their home was being passed onto a growing family, we were able to present an attractive offer that sealed the deal. It’s comforting to know I haven’t lost my multiple offer touch over the last year, felt like we were back in 2023 🫠
