Good news (for now) the ceasefire has already had an impact on interest rates. Fixed rates have dropped from 3.15% to 3.05%, and that’s a fast move 📉

Historically, when rates drop ➡️ buyer power increases ➡️ home prices rise
Pair that with the spring market, and we could see:
• Homes selling faster
• More competition
• Some neighborhoods creeping back into multiple offer territory

💡 What buyers should be doing:
