• Inventory: 6,752 homes
• Months of supply: ~3.1 months (balanced market overall)
• Benchmark price: $570,500 (–3% YoY)

By property type:
✨ Detached: $747,800 (stable conditions, still relatively tight at ~2.5 months supply)
✨ Semi-Detached: $691,100 (steady, balanced demand)
