We will be having our annual generator testing done on October 14, 2026 from 8:45 am to 12:00 pm.
At the beginning of the test, the elevators will be brought down to the main floor and locked out to prevent entrapment while the transfer switch is set to backup power.
For the remainder of the test, only one elevator will be running so please expect longer wait times.
Please also be aware that the back door and garbage areas will be loud enough to potentially damage hearing during this time. We recommend avoiding these areas from 8:45 am to 12:00 pm.

Next Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the basement level of the parkade will be recleaned. The contractors were not able to finish in June during the planned cleaning due to machine issues. Please make sure your car is not in the parkade from 8 am until 5 pm on August 18, 2026.
