Next Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the basement level of the parkade will be recleaned. The contractors were not able to finish in June during the planned cleaning due to machine issues. Please make sure your car is not in the parkade from 8 am until 5 pm on August 18, 2026.

Our contractors have finished their work for today and we are now turning on the hot water, it may take some time to get hot water at your fixtures while the system warms up.

We are turning the water back on now, you will notice some air in the lines and it make take up to an hour to get hot water while we wait for the storage tanks to fill. Thank you for your patience while we work to wrap up the domestic boiler replacement.

Next week we will be having four days of consecutive water shutdowns. On Tuesday, May 26, and Thursday, May 28, all the water will be shut down. On Wednesday, May 27, and Friday, May 29, only the hot water will be shut down.
This work will finalize the ongoing domestic boiler replacement project, mentioned in previous corespondence.

Parkade cleaning is scheduled to start June 15, please check the notice to see what day you need to vacate your stall.
