Did you know? 💡 Most accepted offers aren't a done deal right away. A conditional offer means the sale depends on certain conditions being met first, and both buyers and sellers have the right to include them.

Some of the most common ones include home inspections, financing approval, and appraisal contingencies. Calgary’s housing market continued to move toward more balanced conditions in May. While sales and new listings were both lower than last year, increased inventory is giving buyers more choice, and home prices have remained relatively stable overall despite some variation across property types. 📈🔑

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Home sales were down 16% compared to May 2025.
• New listings decreased by 13% year over year.
• The benchmark price for all residential property types was $570,500.
