What an unreal location- This top floor unit with a west facing patio view of DT Calgary has new owners.

After seeing multiple properties to confirm what worked best for our Buyers based on unit layout & location, our client’s decided this unit was it!

Things happen for a reason- We initially had 2 offers on other properties that didn’t end up moving forward due to circumstances.
This apartment ended up being a better option for them in the end anyways, which is great!

With how the current apartment sector is, it was a great time for them to capitalize on the market & upgrade their home, with also negotiating a favourable price.

What a smooth experience this was- our client was a referral from a Realtor out near Edmonton (thank you). From the 1st meeting they were very in tune & on top everything that needed to be completed prior to listing, including arranging an Encroachment Agreement with the neighbour (with our direction).

It’s so important to put in the work prior to listing- it makes things that much easier during the process.

We priced competitively, attracted a fair amount of showings in the first 2 days & went conditional on an offer that had everything they were wanting.

What an absolute pleasure it has been so far, working with young family from Ukraine.
We created a game plan, figured out exactly what made sense for them & executed.

We initially started by viewing 1 property on a Saturday morning that was kind of a bust. Due to our schedules being open that day & us not wanting to end on that 1 showing, we regrouped for a couple of hours & we booked 5 other showings for properties that we thought would work for them.
The last property we saw that day was the one that had everything they wanted + more.
