He later worked as a real estate appraiser, gaining advanced knowledge of property valuation and market adjustments in Calgary and surrounding areas. Trevor also spent several years with the Calgary Real Estate Board, where he served as a condominium auditor, reviewing all condo listings on the Calgary MLS system and acting as the primary contact for condo-related inquiries. He holds a Certified Condominium Specialist designation and has also worked in the Helpdesk department, providing him with expert knowledge of MLS operations, listing standards, and real estate rules and regulations.
