Founded in Calgary in 2011, Equium Group is a fully integrated, award winning real estate organization specializing in condominium, commercial and residential real estate services. Our scope of services includes property management, development, construction, marketing, leasing and property investment. Our current portfolio under management is valued in excess of 3.3 billion dollars over 11.8 million square feet. Equium Group has won the Consumer’s Choice Award for top Property Management company in Southern Alberta for the last five consecutive years. Equium Group was also featured as one of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies by Maclean's Magazine, Canadian Business Magazine, The Financial Times and The Globe & Mail's Report on Business Magazine for the last four consecutive years. As summer begins to give way to fall in Bridgeland, the changing leaves are a reminder that seasonal maintenance is already underway. At Equium Group, we monitor the properties we manage throughout the year and adjust maintenance as conditions change, from caring for landscaped areas and exterior spaces to keeping common areas clean and well maintained. At Bella Lusso, our focus remains on the ongoing care of the property as the season shifts and the needs of the building change with it.
