Each of us had been going at it solo for many years, and from an outside view we were all “successful” in our businesses. But deep down, we all felt like we were missing something. Real Estate is about relationships and we have formed many deep and long-lasting ones. There’s a special connection that comes from helping a person get through such a huge moment in their life. what we do. But something was still missing....

Community! There can be a lot of competition in our industry. Some of it’s good, some of it’s not, and this often leaves Realtors feeling a lack of any true partnerships. There has to be a better way to do this. A better way for us and for our clients. Early in 2019 Mike figured it out...Create a team! The idea came with some challenges though. Normal team structures can create an environment of competition and resentment. It’s not always the case, but we’d all heard horror stories from our friends who had been on a team before. Many of them said the team was more of a lead generation machine. The work environment was way too competitive. Some of them even said it was toxic. But competition can also be healthy. So we needed to combine healthy competition with some honesty and trust. We needed to create a place where our strengths and experiences would benefit each other. This way we could all work together to achieve some pretty amazing results for our clients. And so... the AlbertaRE Real Estate Team was born! A team of like-minded and experienced professionals. Real people with a commitment to honesty, transparency and teamwork. We’re all passionate about helping people, and together we're finding new and innovative ways to make that happen. We’re all seeing the advantages this is creating for our clients. They're now supported by a team of experts who genuinely want to help cut through the noise. To create an environment of transparency and honesty. To help make the complex and emotional feel clear and rational.
