Calgary is investing in its future—and some of these projects will take years to fully materialize.

📉 Prices have softened in several segments.

According to CREB's September 2026 report:
🏙️ Overall benchmark price: $566,700, down nearly 1% year-over-year.
🏢 Apartment condos: down more than 8%.
🏘️ Row homes: down nearly 6%.

At the same time, Calgary continues to invest in its long-term development, including East Village, the Culture + Entertainment District and transit-oriented communities.
