One of the ways we make the design process easier for our clients is by sourcing the entire lighting package from start to finish. Rather than spending hours wandering through lighting showrooms trying to piece everything together, we do the work for you.

This is one of our favourite examples of how much an exterior can evolve. We started with our original all-white Cypress, explored a much darker palette, and then realized it just wasn’t the right fit for our clients.

By flipping the colour placement and refining the materials, everything came together. The architecture stands out, the stone becomes a feature, and the home has a timeless feel.

The same floor plan. Three completely different looks.

This is why exterior design is so much more than choosing a siding colour. The same floor plan can have a completely different personality depending on the colours, materials and how they’re used together.

Our job is to guide our clients through that process until we know they will pull into the driveway and know it’s exactly the home they envisioned coming home to every day.

The finishes you choose set the tone for your entire home. We love creating palettes that feel warm, timeless, and personal rather than chasing trends. This combination of soft white cabinetry, warm oak, charcoal accents, and brass details creates a home that feels inviting from the moment you walk through the door.

This Sequoia II was handed over a few months ago, and we can’t wait to see how this family makes it completely their own.

This one is going to be so good.

We recently customized our Juniper bungalow for this amazing family, adding extra square footage to create a 12-foot island that will become the heart of their home. Whether it’s holidays, family dinners, or a house full of friends, this kitchen was designed for gathering.

We’ve had so much fun collaborating with our clients and their son, who has an incredible eye for design. Every finish has been carefully selected together, from the warm oak island and crisp white cabinetry to the honed black countertops, creating a space that feels timeless without sacrificing function.

It’s one thing to see it in a render. We can’t wait to watch it come to life just across from our show home!!

One of our favourite details in this primary ensuite is the custom LED-backlit mirrors. They create a soft glow that completely changes the feel of the space, especially in the evening, while keeping the design clean and uncluttered.

Paired with wall-mounted faucets, warm brass accents, and a floating walnut vanity, every detail was selected to create a space that feels calm, timeless, and thoughtfully designed. We wanted this ensuite to feel more like a boutique hotel than a typical bathroom, proving that simple details, when done well, have the biggest impact.

It’s often the quiet design decisions that end up making a home feel truly special.

A little peek at a laundry room that will soon come to life in our clients’ Cypress home.

The soft, dusty-rose cabinetry, warm brass accents, and timeless checkered floor are creating a space where I think they will actually enjoy spending time.

One thing you’ll notice here is the amount of cabinetry. Every home we build in Legacy includes thoughtfully designed laundry room cabinetry as a standard feature. We believe these spaces need to work incredibly well, with plenty of storage, hanging space, and room to tuck away the everyday chaos.

Laundry may never be anyone’s favourite chore, but a beautiful, functional space certainly helps.
