What you would see if you came to work with me on an average Friday…

One of my favourite things about real estate is that no two days ever look the same. One minute I’m exploring a lake community with repeat clients, the next I’m coordinating listing media, and by the end of the day I’m back out showing homes in Calgary.

335 km driven, 3 sets of clients, office work, lunch on the go, beautiful properties, listing media shoot, coffee, dogs, some personal stops along the way, always filling up with gas and home for dinner!

Thanks for keeping me busy. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

This one means a lot.

Not just because of the award, but because of who it came from - the community I grew up in, built my business in, and get to help people call home every single day.

Real estate is a funny business because it can look like an overnight success. So much of what I’ve built has happened one person at a time. One client trusting me. One client calling me again for repeat services. One friend sharing my name. One person mentioning me in a room I wasn’t in….

And somewhere along the way, all of those little moments turned into this.

To my clients, friends, family, colleagues, community, and especially the people who continue to say, “Call Jilene”, thank you.

Being voted Gold for Best Realtor in Okotoks feels pretty damn special.

But mostly, I just feel really lucky that I get to build a career I love in a community that means so much to me.

Thank you, Okotoks. Truly.

After meeting at an open house, hitting it off and chatting all things Okotoks - neighbourhoods, aging in place, value-added upgrades, and resale vs. new. I’m so excited for my buyer to officially have a firm sale on this brand-new Sterling Home!

It was so fun working through the options together and finding a home that checked the right boxes for both now and the years ahead. Congratulations to my buyer, who I will miss having daily chats with.
