Six months ago I made a decision that changed how I see my business — and myself.

I hired a coach.

And what she’s helped me build in six months goes way beyond strategy or processes.

She reminded me to take up space.
She pushed me to focus on what actually matters.
She helped me rewire thinking patterns I didn’t even know were holding me back.

She also helped me get crystal clear on something I already felt but couldn’t always articulate:

I am not for everyone.

And that’s okay.

I am for the ones who are ready to get it done.
The ones who commit to the process.
The ones who show up prepared, take the next step, and trust that the right guidance makes all the difference.

Those are my people. And I love working with them.

Years ago I made a decision- I was not going to build a job. I was going to build a business.

The difference? A business runs even when you’re not standing in the room.

That meant building systems, building relationships, and creating a client experience that doesn’t depend on my physical presence to be excellent.

Esto está pasando mucho en Alberta y quiero que lo sepan. 🚨

La temporada de primavera trae más gente buscando renta - y los estafadores lo saben perfectamente.

Así funciona la estafa:

1️⃣ Publican una propiedad con renta mucho más baja de lo normal. Las fotos se ven reales.

2️⃣ El “dueño” responde rápido, amable y muy profesional.

3️⃣ Les dice que está fuera de la ciudad — Toronto, Vancouver, Europa.

4️⃣ Les ofrece enviar las llaves después de que manden el depósito y el primer mes por e-transfer.

5️⃣ Envían el dinero… y desaparecen. El verdadero dueño nunca supo que existían.

La regla que los protege de casi todas estas estafas es una sola:

⚠️ NUNCA envíen dinero por una propiedad que no han visitado en persona con quien la está rentando.

No importa si el contrato se ve real.
No importa si mandan identificación.
No importa si el precio parece increíble.

Si no pueden verla en persona — no manden dinero. Así de simple.

Antes de rentar cualquier propiedad en Calgary:

✅ Busca las fotos en Google — pueden ser robadas de otro listing
✅ Verifica quién es el dueño real de la propiedad
✅ Busca el número de teléfono en otros anuncios
✅ Pide el nombre legal completo y pregunta cuánto tiempo llevan con la propiedad

Compartan esto con alguien que esté buscando apartamento o casa en Calgary o Edmonton. Esta información puede salvarles mucho dinero y mucho estrés. 💬
