The ones where things got complicated? They were still great people.
But they weren’t quite ready — and no amount of expertise on my end could replace that readiness on theirs.
That’s not a judgment. That’s just clarity.
And that clarity has made me a better realtor — because now I know exactly who I can serve at the highest level.
