Reminded today that every "no" you get in real estate, puts you one step closer to "yes!"
We put an offer on a house that had multiple bids this morning. We were not the accepted offer, but I feel ok. I'm not willing to over pay for a property, just because it's pretty.
Know your numbers and don't surpass your top amount. There is always another deal, where the numbers will work.

Moving day for a new tenant. Our latest property was completely renovated in one month, and now somebody gets to call it home. It always feels great to provide a nicely finished, safe, clean residence for our tenants.

New tenant signed lease for one property. Put an offer in on yet another property. Always feels great to provide a home to someone. Then it feels great to offer to take a problem out of another landlords hands, knowing we will be able to provide another home to someone else, plus make our investors happy.

We're not just in the business of real estate. We are also in business to help our community. Find us today at Canada Olympic Park, helping future Olympic athletes with their skeleton racing skills. Ryan will be officiating today at the Alberta Skeleton Association Cup 2 race.

Careful what you wish for...... Ryan said he wanted to be busier and have more deals. Well, today alone 6 deals came our way. Worked on 8 different deals tonight. Building momentum is always a fantastic feeling!!

I love this business. We've made so many great friends, all because we have a common interest in real estate and helping others. Hopefully we will be helping another family move into a safe house soon. Now to finish the paperwork. :)

Wishing everyone a great weekend. We're getting ready for a meeting today with fellow investors, discussing a new investment opportunity. Then running the numbers on two other opportunities that have come our way this week. Enjoying every minute of it. When opportunity knocks, you have to answer the door!
