Emmeline is not your average Real Estate Agent. I know, I know, you’ve heard it all before. “Award Winning Calgary Agent”, “Certified Negotiation Expert”, “Attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to get it done is second to none”… I know… blah, blah, blah. Funny enough, ALL of those things are actually true about Emmeline…. but that’s not why you would love to work with her. Emmeline may show up with broken, un-manicured finger nails. This is why you will love to work with her. You’d never know it by looking at her professional marketing photos, but this is a girl who knows how to work hard! Brought up by a Graphic Designer father and an Interior Designer mother, Emmeline was born into hard labour as a live-in renovator for her parents. She literally grew up in the industry. She gets her hands dirty and isn’t afraid to tell you that a property isn’t worth what it’s listed for, despite your anxiety as a home buyer or how many coats of paint make it “look pretty”. Emmeline has travelled the world, has a Bachelor in Fine Arts, studied abroad where she spoke fluent French yet she still landed back in Calgary, fully immersed in all facets of the Realtor® profession. As a full service real estate professional, She works with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. Residential Single Family – Her residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and she does it with professionalism and a total dedication to her clients. This property type is the majority of her market transactions, but by far not the only one in which she has expertise. Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and she is an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type. Multi–family – Investors are great clients for her. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to her.
