Staging tips for your front entrance:
Ensure the whole area has been cleaned of any dirt, dust, cobwebs…
The fixtures and any glass should be clean and polished.
Replace or paint your fixtures if necessary. This includes your house numbers, mailbox, door, handle, kickplate, doorknocker, doorbell, and/or peephole.
If you are going to invest in anything, make sure to invest in a new welcome mat.
Pro tip- add some fresh flowers, topiaries or evergreen trees in the winter to make your front entrance even more welcoming.

Bedrooms play a crucial roll when selling your home - especially the Master bedroom. As the bed makes up approximately 60% of the room, it is important to make each bed look great!

Here are some helpful tips to help you create the perfect look:

1- PRO TIP * IRON or steam all of your bedding linen.
2- If you use a bed Skirt, make sure it just touches the floor.
3- Place your fitted sheet on the mattress and pull the corners tight.
4- Put your Flat Sheet on upside down- so when you fold it (1 foot back) it shows the patterned/finished side up.
5- Add a Quilt or Coverlet (optional)
6- Layer on a Folded Duvet or Comforter.
7- Add your Pillows.
8- Add a throw blanket to the end of the bed.
9- Place a decorative tray with a small plant/flower,book,candle...

PRO TIP * I prefer using lighter or neutral colours on the bed so that the room appears larger.
