Fireplace getting spruced up around the built-ins!

Kitchen cabinets being installed this week on one side. Trim, baseboards and built-ins have all been sprayed to a very light grey colour. Still too cold to do the outside. Where is the Spring weather? 😂

Drywall is all done and now we are doing all the doors, baseboards, casings and built-ins.

Gift wrapping the house today and the insulation has arrived. After this week we will be moving onto drywall.

It has been a while since I’ve posted and a lot has been completed. Framing and roofing is complete and the electrical, plumbing and heating is all roughed in. Getting ready to call the City for inspection and then we are moving on to insulation and drywall! Had the patio doors arrive today and the southern exposure brings in plenty of light!
