In another life I’d love to shop markets, prepare food and experiment with recipes. On the menu this Friday steak tacos, GF corn tortillas, avocados and Pico De Gallo. Dad will enjoy some hot sauce and of course the girls some tots! Of and yes, there is orange juice in the marinade😲

- steak, finely sliced
- a generous dash of oregano
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cups OJ (no pulp)
- 2/3 cups virgin olive oil
- a less generous dash of cumin
- S & P (of course)
- a few generous dashes of GF soy sauce.
