November saw balanced activity, with strong sales in detached, semi-detached, and row homes offsetting a dip in apartment sales. Total sales matched last year's at 1,797, remaining 20% above long-term averages.

The real story? Supply. Inventory jumped to 4,352 units, up from 3,000 last year, though still below long-term norms. Months of supply rose to over two months, easing the intense seller's market of recent years but still favoring sellers in many segments.

Prices have steadied, with year-over-year increases of nearly 7% for row homes and 9% for apartments, while the overall benchmark price hit $587,900. As supply grows and demand shifts toward more affordable homes, the market is stabilizing—good news for buyers and sellers alike!

Schedule a professional service to ensure your heating system is in top shape.
Replace air filters as needed to keep airflow clear.
Check that vents and radiators aren’t blocked so every room stays cozy!

𝟮. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘀 & 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 💧
