It’s official…We are SOLD OUT!
This milestone feels especially meaningful when we look back at how the project began. We first met the original acreage owner five years ago. She was not ready to sell at the time, but she stayed in touch. Two years ago she made her move, and that moment allowed us to purchase the land and begin shaping a plan with the city.
About a year and a half ago the first shovel went into the ground. The original home was moved north, and the site opened up in front of us. Since then the vision has grown quickly. Four homes now stand out of the ground, and the remaining four are set to begin in the spring of 2026.
We are excited for the families who have chosen to build here and grateful to everyone who has been part of the process. Watching these homes take shape has been one of the most rewarding chapters for our team, and we cannot wait to see the community come to life.
