FIRM SALE on the East Village Loft

This seller I never met, she was referred from out of town and the property is tenant occupied. Condo - My listing, found the buyers through social ads brought them in and get the deal done 5 days on market... The condo market is not as strong as detached so this is a pretty big win for sellers and I know the buyer is pumped as well! Win Win is always the goal!
