It’s a long overdue visit. I often dream about Grandpa, like I did last night, and that’s when I know it’s time to go see him. It’s been over 10 years, but every time I visit, I can still feel his presence. As I stood there at his feet, I felt the chills come over me. Some things and some people we never truly stop feeling. 😢

Couple of women “if those abs aren’t implants, they are amazing” To me, they’re just abs. 🤷🏻

Second time a guy asked me “what do you do bro? You’re lean as f*ck. Can you give me some tips?”

On days such as this I am reminded that my hard ass work paid off!💪 Feels great!
