The spring market is starting to heat up in Calgary — and the numbers are showing it. 🌷🏡

Here’s what we’re seeing:

📈 Prices are climbing for the second month in a row
📊 Sales have increased for three straight months
🏘️ More inventory is hitting the market
➡️ 5,400 listings in March (up from 4,800 in February)

After much of 2025 saw downward trends, this is a welcome shift in the market. While increased inventory usually cools pricing, we're seeing prices hold strong and recover — a positive sign for sellers and a more balanced opportunity for buyers.
