Not all wellness features are created equal, and some matter more than people expect.

We ranked a few from one to five, based on what actually makes a difference every day.

Sauna: a four, especially if it becomes part of your routine. Cold plunge: a three, very lifestyle specific. Radiant heat: a five, comfort you feel every single day. Circadian lighting: a four, when it's integrated from the very beginning. Air filtration: a five, one of those features you benefit from constantly and rarely even think about.

Not What style? or How many square feet?
