✨ **Warm, neutral palette.** Think cream, rust, sage, and soft gold. Swap bright summer pillows for textured throws and knit blankets.

🎃 **Pumpkins, yes. Spooky, no.** A few white or heirloom pumpkins on the porch or dining table feel inviting. Skeletons, cobwebs, and gravestones can distract buyers (and photos live online long after Halloween).

🌿 **Bring nature in.** Dried florals, eucalyptus, branches in a simple vase, or a bowl of apples on the counter add life without clutter.
