Here is the story behind this purchase
🏡 Sometimes, patience is the best negotiating strategy.
Finding the right home for my buyers took time. We looked, we waited, and most importantly, I never pushed them to make a decision just for the sake of buying.
Then we found the one.
But we lost it in a competitive situation because we weren’t willing to overpay just to win. We wanted the right house at the right price.
And then something unexpected happened…
The house came back on the market. 👀
We went back to the table, negotiated hard, and this time we were able to secure the home for significantly less than the offer that had previously fallen apart.
That’s why I believe buying a home isn’t always about being the first or the highest bidder.
Sometimes, patience, discipline, and knowing when to walk away can put you in the best position.
