How can your neighbour help the sale of your home?
Storytime. A Seller reached out after we successfully listed and sold their neighbour’s house to determine what theirs might sell for. Before giving a firm number, we reached out to their other next-door-neighbour to see if they would be interested in selling. We repeated this process multiple times…and were able to find a Buyer that purchased all 5 neighbouring properties in a row.
Land Assemblies provide a unique opportunity for Sellers to combine their properties with adjacent lots in order to sell at an increased value, usually to a builder or developer. This strategy works best along high streets or specific inner city neighborhoods that favour density, which was perfectly suited for these lots on 37th Street.
