We are happy to announce that the Keynote Office Tower is fully operational and open for tenants as of today, July 2, 2013, with the exception of the parkade.

We continue to try and clear the remaining debris from the parkades and are therefore closed to tenants and residents of Tower One. We appreciate your patience and support as we try to rectify this as soon as possible.

There was 18 MILLION gallons of water pumped from both Keynote parkades over the last week. Once the water was finally removed, there is still a lot of mud and silt that has to be cleaned before access is permitted.

Pumping of the Keynote Office Tower and parkade is currently underway and will be ongoing for most of next week.

Access to the Keynote Office Tower and both Keynote Residential Towers remains restricted by City order.

Emergency power systems have been restored and will help with removing water from the premises.

We will try to provide more updates as they become available.

Unfortunately, at this point we know that water has entered the parking garage at Keynote Tower Two. We are unable to assess the situation further due to the mandatory evacuation of downtown Calgary.

We hope to be able to provide you with an update on Monday, June 24, 2013.

Suite inspections are continuing in Tower Two, with carpet being installed into the corridors. Over 80% of homes are sold and we are now just weeks away from possessions!
