Sharing some shots of Beautiful Alpine Park! This community is located in the SW but just off of Tsuut'ina Trail / Stoney Trail SW. I was doing some showings here over the past few days and fell in love with the views and also how unique this community is. Many of the homes share a stunning green space in the front of the home ... gone are the traditional front driveway and road that generally runs in front of your home. Here you walk in , and for sure it's a different concept, but wow is it beautiful and quiet. Access to homes is through back ally roads & rear garages, along with some visitor parking strategically placed. Elevation in the area allows for stunning city views yet it's tucked away in a beautiful quiet location! Enjoy! .. If you are thinking of one of the newer communities honestly this is worth a peek! I also want to say the homes here are all a bit different, lots of beautiful front verandas and porches all a bit different from one another so making it a very special place to own a home that has some great character and different than your neighbour. Reach out! I spent lots of time viewing a fair amount of homes here over the past few days and chatting with the builders so I'm happy to share some insight!

Navigating the Calgary housing market shift right now? According to the latest numbers from CREB®, July saw a slower pace with sales at 1,904 and new listings at 3,323 both easing down from June levels and sitting lower than last year.
While the unadjusted total residential benchmark price adjusted slightly to $569,200 (down two per cent from last year), market conditions vary heavily by property type. Detached and semi-detached sectors are holding mostly balanced, whereas higher-density sectors like apartment-style condos are seeing a persistent oversupply and steeper price adjustments. Overall, months of supply ticked up to three and a half months across the city.
Behind the stats, I’ve personally been busy out with clients who are looking to list this fall or into 2027.
I have been tackling exterior photos and home evaluations to get the process started for many of my clients.
