After a long six month battle, this court ordered sale is finally complete.

This was definitely one of the more complicated files I have worked on. I could literally do a 10 part video on all the craziness that went on. There were access issues, illegal occupancy concerns, interference with showings, multiple calls to the RCMP, and even a last minute court battle before everything was finally sorted out.

In the end, the judge brought clarity to the process, the property sold at list price, and we were happy to see it go to a nice family who can move forward with it.

Some sales are simple. Some take patience, persistence, and a lot of problem solving.

This one took all three.

This one is officially off the market and into the hands of its new owners.

Every sale has a story, and this one certainly kept everyone on their toes. After plenty of back and forth, multiple amendments, and more than a few unexpected twists along the way, we were able to navigate the challenges and get the deal across the finish line.

Real estate is not always straightforward. Sometimes the value comes from staying patient, working through obstacles, and keeping a transaction moving forward when others might have given up.
