🏡 SOLD TO SOME GREAT FIRST TIME BUYERS!

We looked at a lot of homes around Calgary, but eventually decided to change direction and see what Okotoks had to offer.
Great decision.
We found this absolute beauty. Over 2,700 square feet, a fully finished basement, a corner lot and green space all around it. Once they walked through this one, there really wasn’t any reason to keep looking.

We shared a lot of laughs and good times along the way, which made this search especially fun. Always rewarding helping first time buyers find the right home and seeing everything come together.
A big thank you to the selling Realtor as well. She was fantastic to work with and helped make the entire transaction smooth from start to finish.

🥊 Apparently Calgary real estate is a boxing match now lol…

CTV Calgary had me on again to talk about the current market, and somehow I ended up comparing buyers and sellers to being in the ring.

But honestly, it fits.

For the last few years, sellers were winning every round. Right now, buyers finally have them on the ropes.

We had an offer early on that ended up falling apart, and after spending a few months on the market, we decided it was time to make a change.
The entire unit was freshly painted, all new carpet was installed, and we brought it back to market looking completely different.

The result? A fantastic offer after just 2 days back on the market. 🙌
