When I worked as a counsellor, I cared deeply about the success of every person who sat across from me.

And once our sessions ended, that was it.

Counselling ethics are very clear — no relationship outside of the counselling room.

A very important and needed rule.

That boundary is there to protect the client.

Now, as a real estate agent, things are different.

I still get to walk with people through big, emotional life moments.

In June 2024, she reached out after a sweet friend sent her my way.

She was out of town, and I was her boots on the ground.

She desired a home in Cochrane with a legal basement suite—one she could live in and also rent out to make extra money.
