Basement Renovation almost complete, homeowner is taking the reins for final paint. This went from a cold wooden box to a lush finished space. Perimeter drain and internal water proofing, rockwool insulated walls, new shower and toilet, new drywall and electrical, quick refresh of the sauna. All completed with city of calgary permits.

New Doug fir shaker style doors installed, Jambs and trim. Stained to match the rest of the house. Hidden magnetic latches and ball bearing hinges, the back side got mirrored glass inlays for the walk in closet.
